英語・ポルトガル語・中国語で市役所の手続きをサポートします。
市役所には、英語・ポルトガル語・中国語の通訳がいます。
サポートが必要な方はご利用ください。電話での予約もできます。
なお、市役所の手続き以外の、個人的な通訳や翻訳はお受けできませんのでご了承ください。

【対応できる時間】
英語：毎週火・水・金曜日 9:15-12:00、13:00-17:00
ポルトガル語：第1・2・4木曜日 13:00-17:00
中国語：第2・4月曜日 9:00-12:00、13:00-16:00
※ 勤務日等は月によって変更となる場合があります。

English Interpreter Available

The city hall has interpreter in English to facilitate the procedure for foreign citizens.
Please request for an interpreter at the information desk or the Citizen's Activities Division
in the city hall. Please check by telephone in advance as working days are subject to change.
An appointment by telephone is also available.
Please understand that an interpreter is available only for related to the city’s services and
no translation service will be provided. （Citizen's Activity Division）

Intérprete de português disponível

Temos intérprete de português para facilitar o procedimento na Prefeitura.
Poderá utilizar o serviço de intérprete caso necessário. Poderá reservar também pelo telefone.
Por favor, entenda que o serviço de intérprete é para ajudar o procedimento dentro da prefeitura, e não para os assuntos pessoais fora da prefeitura.（Divisão de Atividade municipal）

为方便外国公民办理手续，市政厅设有中文口译员。
请在问讯处或市政厅的市民活动課申请口译服务。
由于工作日可能会有更改，请先打电话确认。也可以提前打电话预约。
需要注意的是我们仅提供与城市服务相关的口译服务，无法提供笔译服务。
【利用日期和时间】第 2・4 的星期一 9:00-12:00 13:00-16:00

また、市役所では、多言語通訳機もご用意しています。こちらも庁舎内で利用を希望する場合には、お近くのスタッフまでお声をかけてください。
