市役所に外国語の通訳を配置しています

市役所では、外国人市民の方がスムーズに手続を行えるように、英語、ポルトガル語、中国語の通訳を配置しています。ご希望の際は、総合案内もしくはお近くのスタッフまでお声をかけてください。

勤務日等は変更となる場合がありますので、お電話にてご確認ください。電話での予約も可能です。

なお、通訳は市のサービスに関連する場合にのみ利用可能であり、翻訳は承りませんのでご了承ください。

To support non-Japanese speakers, Tsuchiura City Hall has placed interpretation staff for 5 languages; English, Portuguese, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Tagalog. Please contact to Information Desk or City Hall staff if necessary.

We recommend you to call us in advance to confirm if the interpreter staff is available on the day of your visit because his/her working days are subject to change. Phone reservation is also available.

Please note that this interpretation service is usable only for city service related matters, and that we are not providing translation service.
